Legal Secretary
|
Potential candidate will support 4 attorneys: three
partners and one associate in healthcare, corporate and SEC practice areas.
The most important aspects for the candidate are: they must have a high
typing speed, exceptional organization and superior computer skills (needs
to be in the advance level as it relates to Excel, formatting and using
styles in WORD). I cannot stress the computer skill set enough on this
placement. While experience with the SEC would be beneficial, it is not
mandatory. However, I would prefer someone with corporate / transactional
experience over litigation because they are very different practice
areas. The attorneys don't provide much direction so the candidate
will need to be self-directed and not afraid to ask questions when
needed for your help.
